We offer a full 14-day money-back guarantee on all CapoAI plans. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 14 days of your initial payment and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.
After the 14-day period, payments are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. We do not charge cancellation fees.
To request a refund within the 14-day window, email us at lucacap.aiservices@gmail.com with your account email and the reason for your request. We aim to process all refunds within 5–10 business days. Refunds are returned to your original payment method.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of abuse of the refund policy, such as repeated refund requests across multiple accounts. Accounts found to be in violation of our Terms of Service are not eligible for refunds.
